Founded in 2000 by Bob and Mabel Standridge, the theater has produced well known productions such as Cotton Patch Gospel, Godspell Jr., Annie Jr., Once On This Island Jr. , and many more.
The theater is most known for its yearly community production Stories from the Well . Each year stories are collected from long time residents of Social Circle and surrounding areas. These stories are then adapted for the stage by a local playwright and performed by a cast of more than 100 volunteers who transform it to unforgettable theater. Each year a new script and original music are written and performed, bringing to life the stories that have shaped our town.
We invite you to come on down and enjoy all the productions and programs the theater has to offer.
As we say in Social Circle
